Design Background
Starting out with studio arts, Faith experimented with markers, pencils, and paints. She loved taking quotes and writing them out herself, copying font work by hand. She eventually designed a 12 piece series which was typography-based... also by hand. Her father encouraged her to try digital art, but quite frankly, computers scared her. However, fate (or the Lord, depending on your viewpoint), thrust her into the world of digital design with an internship.
This internship was advertised as a conceptualizer... and was in reality a graphic design job. Over the course of two years, she learned her way around ProCreate and Adobe Illustrator in order to design 50+ posters for the Fine Arts Department at Friends University in Kansas.
